Hey y’all, I’m Noah! ✨ I’m a licensed cosmetologist with 14 years in the business doing men, women, and kid’s haircutting. I specialize in clipper, scissor, and razor work and enjoy curly and edgy cuts like mullets, mohawks, and wolf cuts! At the Hair Ark, my goal is to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere inside my shared suite. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking Your Voyage
All appointments must be booked through GlossGenius. You can reserve your spot aboard The Hair Ark anytime using our online booking link.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes plans drift off course.
More than 4 hours’ notice:
No charge! You’re free to reschedule or cancel through GlossGenius by clicking “Manage My Appointment” in your confirmation email.
Within 4 hours of your appointment:
Like a sudden storm, late changes impact our crew. A 50% late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
3. No-Shows (Missing the Boat 🚫🚢)
If you don’t show up and don’t give us a heads-up:
You’ll be charged 100% of the service cost
Future bookings may require a deposit before coming aboard again
We promise to have your chair ready—just don’t leave us floating!
4. Late Arrivals (Running Behind the Tide ⏱️)
We allow a 10-minute grace period.
Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on timing.
If we can’t complete your service due to late arrival, a 50% fee will apply (same as a late cancellation).
